He completed his master&#8217;s studies in physics, specializing in plasma physics, spectroscopy and self-organization, at the Faculty of Physics, &#8220;Alexandru Ioan Cuza&#8221; University in Ia\u0219i and obtained his doctorate after a co-tutelship Romania &#8211; France, in the field of Physics, &#8220;Alexandru Ioan&#8221; University Cuza&#8221; from Iasi &#8211; Faculty of Physics and Chemical Sciences, Universit\u00e9 Montpellier II &#8211; Institut Europ\u00e9en des Membranes.
