PhD Simona-Roxana Ulman is a scientific researcher at L5-CERNESIM-ICI and she obtained the PhD in Economics, in 2017 at “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iasi, Romania. PhD Simona-Roxana Ulman’s research interests are related to environmental and welfare economics. The research directions focus on analysis of environmental quality in relation to social and economic wellbeing and of manner in which the principle of sustainable development is put into practice, but also on environmental protection from the perspective of environmental concern, both attitudes and perceptions. Analysis of the phenomenon of poverty and its main causes, especially in regard to rural-urban disparities, is another interest research area to PhD Simona-Roxana Ulman.
